Brahmi gadi Katha 2011

V Eswar Reddy, who shot to fame with Aa Naluguru, is back with Brammigadi Katha. The director has brought an out comedy entertainer with Varun Sandesh, Asmita Sood and Poonam Kaur in the leads. Though, the hero of the film is Varun Sandesh, the real hero of the film is not himself but someone and the title exactly reveals this.

Katha Sagar

Katha Sagar was a popular Indian television series that aired on DD National in 1986. The series was directed by Shyam Benegal along with many renowned directors. The series featured a collection of stories by world famous short story writers such as Guy De Maupassant, Rabindranath Tagore, Leo Tolstoy, O. Henry, Anton Chekov etc. The series had different stories in each episode and most of the stories in the series were one-episode long. At that time, many other shows like "Darpan" and "Ek Kahaani", based on similar concept were aired around the same time as this series on DD National. After many years of it original run, the series was again produced by Prem Krishen Malhotra & Sunil Mehta, founders of "Cinevista Communications Limited".

A.M.A.N.

A.M.A.N., was a Greek television parody show and the natural continuation of another TV show called Comfusio that was aired by ERT3 in the early 1990s. A.M.A.N began after the death of their friend and broadcaster Antonis Pararas and the capital letters translates the word "Αντώνη Μας Άφησες Νωρίς" which means "Antoni you left us early". A.M.A.N. began in May 1997 at Mega Channel, but only 9 episodes were aired. Since October 1997 and up until 2000, the show was broadcast by ANT1 television. The hosts were Antonis Kanakis and Sotiris Kalivatsis, with a variety of supporting players, most notable Giannis Servettas. Spin-offs of the show were the series A.M.A.N. Ta Katharmata, Oi Treis Files, Haivania 3-0 and Giannis o omorfos.
