The Kabocha Wine is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Mitsuru Miura. It was serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 1981 to 1984. The Kabocha Wine received the 1983 Kodansha Manga Award for the shōnen category. The sequel to the manga, The Kabocha Wine - Sequel is a one-shot manga published by Seirindo on October 15, 2006. The third series of the manga, The Kabocha Wine - Another is published by Akita Shoten. It has been adapted into an 95 episode anime series by Toei Animation. The sequel to the anime was in the form of an animated movie, called The Kabocha Wine: Nita no Aijou Monogatari, which was released on July 14, 1984 by Toei Animation. On October 26, 2007, wint released a DVD for the live-action movie adaptation of the third manga series, called The Kabocha Wine - Another. Directed by Hitoshi Ishikawa, the movie starred Yoko Kumada.

Roy’s character is the younger cousin to Myolie and finds himself constantly butting heads with Li Sheng. He’s a kindhearted guy and helps Li Sheng stay in Shenzhen and lands her a job at the wine company.

Wine Portfolio is a wine food & lifestyle television series that airs on CNBC World in 40 countries. Original episodes are broadcast in the USA on Saturdays at 8PM EST Host Jody Ness travels to wine producing regions around the world where he interviews winemakers at their vineyards to learn about their passion for winemaking and the challenges they face in growing grapes and producing wine. Wine tasting, wine collecting and the pairing of wine and food are some of the topics featured each episode. Food is featured using local ingredients and prominent chefs from fine dining restaurants in the featured region that prepare meals for Jody and his guests to sample. The natural beauty of the visited region is shown and each episode the host finds time to enjoy adventures like hot air ballooning, horseback riding or golfing. Every episode is filmed on location with the final edit accompanied by a testimonial from the host where he talks about the highlights of each trip. The testimonials are filmed at the Wildfire Steakhouse and Winebar Restaurant in Toronto, Canada where Jody has been the owner & head chef since 2002. From the series launch in September 2009 original episodes were broadcast twice a week on Saturdays 11PM EST and Sundays 830AM EST. In April 2010 a second Saturday 8PM EST and a new Thursday 930AM EST time slot were added. In January 2011 a third Saturday 930AM EST as well as a Friday 6PM EST were added. Wine Portfolio currently airs 6x per week and is re-broadcast globally on CNBC Europe, CNBC Asia and CNBC Africa

Gone With the Wine is a comedial lifestyle series produced by Vertigo Production in 2006. Gone With The Wine is dedicated to all that is compelling in the fascinating world of wine. TV host, stand-up comedian and actor Jaakko Saariluoma visits some of the most famous wine regions and wine producers in France, Italy and Spain. The series is a kind of road movie whose story line centers on Jaakko, a man in his forties who has drunk only cheap wines and eaten mediocre food all his life. He goes on a long trip to southern Europe in search of great wines, good food and unforgettable experiences before it is too late. The language of the TV series is Finnish, English and Spanish. In addition, there is a book Gone With The Wine based on this series and the DVD box set published in 2006. The book was elected the Travel book of the year 2007 by Mondo Magazine.

Wine for the Confused

Wine for the Confused is a documentary hosted by John Cleese. It is a light-hearted introduction to wine for novices. Cleese guides viewers through the basics of wine types and grape varieties, wine making, wine tasting and terminology, buying and storing wines, through direct narrative and interviews with wine makers and wine sellers. The film duration is 92 minutes and includes visits to wineries in California. The film concludes with a large group conducting a blind wine tasting. One of the tasting results was the fact that most tasters could not distinguish between red wine and white wine. Another was that most tasters rated an inexpensive wine equal in taste to an expensive prestige wine, and both of these out scored the rest of the mid-priced and high-priced wines in the blind test.

In Wine Country is a lifestyle television show originating from NBC's owned-and-operated station in San Jose, California, KNTV, which serves the San Francisco Bay Area, and also airs throughout the country on the network's "Nonstop" digital subchannels and as part of the overnight schedule early Sunday mornings over the main NBC television network. In Wine Country debuted as "Wine Country Living" in January of 2002 after KNTV became an NBC affiliate. It changed its title to the current "In Wine Country" in September of 2004. The program is hosted by Mary Babbitt and mainly deals with topics pertaining to wine and life in California's Napa Valley, along with other American wine-producing regions.

The Naked Wine Show

The Naked Wine Show is an award-winning wine review web series hosted by Susan Sterling, developed by Timothy Troke, produced by Anastasia 'Nat' Tubanos and directed by film director Matt Campagna under the production company Frogwater Media. The show features fast-paced critiques to deliver information such as tasting notes recommended food pairings and general price points on one particular wine in each episode.

River of Wine

River of Wine is a 2011 Hong Kong Qing dynasty period drama produced by Television Broadcasts Limited under executive producer Wong Wai-sing. A costume fitting ceremony was held on 16 December 2010 at 12:30 PM. A blessing ceremony was held on 11 January 2011 2:00 PM where filming began. Production was wrapped on 2 April 2011. The premiere episode aired on 29 August 2011.

Oz and James's Big Wine Adventure 2006

Oz and James's Big Wine Adventure was a BBC television programme of which two series have been broadcast. It was presented by wine expert Oz Clarke and motoring journalist James May, with Clarke aiming to educate May about wine while undertaking a road trip. The first season focused on France and the second on California. The sequel series Oz and James Drink to Britain, broadcast in 2009, made the change to a focus on the variety of beverages available in the United Kingdom.

First of the Summer Wine 1988

First of the Summer Wine is a sitcom written by Roy Clarke that aired on BBC1. The pilot originally aired on 3 January 1988, and the first series of episodes followed on 4 September 1988. The show ran for two series of six episodes each, with the final episode airing on 8 October 1989. The pilot episode was produced and directed by Gareth Gwenlan. Both series of episodes were produced and directed by Mike Stephens. The BBC has never shown repeats of the show, although repeats do occasionally appear in the UK on satellite station Gold. The show was broadcast in Australia on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation network in the early 1990s. First of the Summer Wine was a prequel to Clarke's long running show, Last of the Summer Wine, portraying the youth of the principal characters from the mother show in the months leading up to World War II. With the possibility of war hanging over them, the young men and women enjoy their youth while trying to find a place for themselves in the world. The show used young, mostly unknown actors to play the characters, with only two actors from the original series making an appearance in the prequel.

Jancis Robinson's Wine Course 1995

In an encyclopaedic tour around the wine producing countries of the world Jancis Robinson captures the flavour of each region’s wines and recommends the best names to look out for. Everything from production and tasting to storing of wine is covered. Each of the 10 episodes is centred on a major grape variety with other important wine topics woven in where appropriate. Being a well known wine authority, Jancis Robinson is able to infiltrate the wineworld’s elite and shows the viewer all aspects of wine production.

The Wine Lover's Guide to Australia

Wine Lover's Guide to Australia is an Australian wine television show presented by Pria Viswalingam, Grant van Every and Maryann Egan. It is produced and broadcast by the Special Broadcasting Service. The series guides viewers through Australia's diverse wine-producing regions as well as four wine regions of New Zealand. It also discusses the history of wine making in Australia, the various grape varieties grown in Australia, and other topics such as wine etiquette, collecting, cellaring and judging. There were a total of 26 episodes made, the first series screened in 1998 and the second in 2001. Episodes averaged 26 minutes in length.

The Winemakers

The Winemakers is a reality television series that follows 12 winemakers competing to create and market a wine. It is broadcast on Public Broadcasting Service and is the only competitive reality series. Season 1 took place in Paso Robles, California. Season 2 was shot in the Rhone Valley of France and will air nationwide on PBS in the fall of 2011.
